Getting outside and touching some grass are my key coping mechanisms these days... One perk of the climate crisis is the abnormally good spring weather we've been having in Western Europe, so there's at least that.

I also use some other "less healthy" mood boosters but those are not really a solution but more like a flimsy patch covering an everpresent wound. They calm the inflammation but fail to provide real healing.

Thank you for your openness on the subject! Regarding your second point: you put it so well!

I have some habits that pull me away from real healing, for sure.. It’s hard but acknowledging that really helps sometimes.
